Alisha liked the Stout Levi made ( Maple? Oatmeal? ) and I'd like to make a batch. Do you have the recipe handy?

actually man, i brewed a pale ale. they sell it at the brew your own brew store as the "Show Low Pale Ale" the brewing was kind of rushed so i believe that made it a bit milder than it would have been.

Levi's Pale Ale (called "Pale Anal") was what was on tap when you guys first arrived (and Alisha had like 5 mugs in a row!) so I'm guessing that's the one she liked. As Levi already pointed out, it turned out quite a bit milder than I think it normally would due to a rushed time table. I can email you the recipe if you like... I think I still have the hard copy at the house.

The next beer on tape was a Maple Brown that Roland made. Also good, although a bit sweet for my taste. It's also a "stock" recipe I can email to you if you like.

The third brew (tapped Friday night I think) was a Blackberry Oatmeal stout brewed by Roland and funded by Brother Jarrod. It's a perennial favorite recipe of ours and we do a batch about once a year. It's a mild creamy stout with just a hint of fruity aroma.

In any case, I fully encourage you to get some brewing going Knef!!!

Spoke with Alisha and as suspected, she'd like more of the Pale Ale. Could you send me the recipe?
